Welcome to BullRiderCoach.com (“Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website, registering for a clinic, or purchasing our online course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

* This website and its content are owned and operated by Cowboy Innovations, LLC.

* You must be at least 13 years old to access the site and at least 18 years old to register or pay for a course or clinic.

2. Online Courses & Clinics

* Registration: All registrations are subject to availability.

* Payments: Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

* Refunds/Cancellations:

- Online courses are non-refundable once purchased.

- For live clinics, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the clinic start date for a refund, minus a processing fee. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event.

* Transfers: Clinic registrations may be transferred to another rider with prior written approval.

3. Risk & Liability Disclaimer

* Bull riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating in any clinic, training, or event organized by Bull Rider Coach:

* You acknowledge and assume all risks, including serious injury or death.

*You agree to release and hold harmless Bull Rider Coach, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability.

*Participants (or parents/guardians of minors) must sign a waiver of liability prior to participation.

4. Intellectual Property

* All content on this site—including videos, training materials, text, images, and logos—is the property of Bull Rider Coach and is protected by copyright law.

* You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without written permission.

5. User Conduct

* You agree not to use this site or our programs for:

- Illegal activities

- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt our services

- Sharing your personal login details for online courses

6. Privacy

* We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Modifications

* We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

*These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
